When are drones excellent option for marketing, I hear you ask? Here are a few ideas – showing the proximity of local landmarks. These include CBD, shopping centres, suburbs, golf clubs, large structures, and local amenities.
As well, if the property is near the water, ocean or river – this is a great way to highlight the location.
If you have a LARGE parcel of land this is a great way to show this off. We include free of charge an outline around the property boundary for you.
Vacant land building block – we usually provide a “bomb shot” (looking directly down to the ground) with boundary outlines to show the size and position of the land.
Commercial property – to show the magnitude of the operation, and the position in the local surroundings.
